We are currently seeking a full-time customer service representative to join our team. PrintComm produces sophisticated direct mail pieces, employing complex variable data print techniques, for retailers, franchise networks, and b2c marketers in the US. The person we are looking for must enjoy interacting with people and have strong detail ability and problem solving skills. Understanding of print, direct mail, direct marketing, data and Excel is highly preferred.

Overview

The CSR will work with customers and the sales department to ensure that customer needs are met and orders/projects are executed properly. The project manager will be fielding inquiries and receiving information from customers, sales people and operations. They will be providing assistance, answering questions, clarifying, and performing project management functions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in producing successful direct mail campaigns by answering their questions and providing expertise.
  • to questions from customers or manufacturing.
  • Make sure all components and details necessary to accurately produce an order have been provided.
  • Enter Orders and other data into Company MIS systems; provide detailed information on orders to ensure that orders are produced accurately and timely.
  • Obtain answers
  • Work with operations to keep jobs on track
  • Assist with billing

Necessary Skills:

  • Experience with Direct Mail
  • Strong computer skills – proficiency in Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills – able to assess situation and chart course of action.
  • Knowledge of print and data preferred
  • Experience in print customer service / project management preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Commensurate with experience, $40k- $50k+ annual
