PrintComm is located in Flint, Michigan. It’s an area that has taken big economic hits over the last 20 years. A big part of our mission is to create more jobs in the Flint area and support the local community. We have launched an initiative called PrintComm 6x. The goal of this initiative is to employ 400 people by 2030. We allocate a portion of our profits to help the poor both locally and globally and to support ministries that help people.

Kevin Naughton is the President and Owner of PrintComm, Inc. located in Flint Michigan. Naughton got his start in print at the age of 15 when he enrolled in a graphic communications class in high school. The rest is history. His career in the industry has now spanned over 45 years.
Naughton started at PrintComm, then known as Flint Rotary Press, in 1981. His career path has included stints in graphic design, prepress, estimating, customer service management, then sales and sales management.
Naughton bought the company in 2011. During this time the company has more than tripled in size. Most of that growth has taken place in the last 7 years. During that time PrintComm has moved up steadily in the Printing Impressions rank of top printers in the United States, most recently coming in at #207. The firm has been recognized as one of PI’s fast track firms in 2021 and as an “Innovator of the year” a year later.
Over the years, PrintComm has morphed from a general commercial printer into a direct mail / direct marketing powerhouse. The firm’s capabilities have evolved and now include direct mail strategy, data and analytics, postal logistics, in addition to robust production and execution expertise. The company possesses significant data prowess and the ability to systemize and automate high volume direct mail programs. Helping clients achieve high ROI and hit their in home date targets are key drivers.
