We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Dock Worker to join our team at PrintComm, a leading printing company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in inventory control, shipping and receiving, and safe material handling. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting production efficiency, and ensuring timely movement of materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and shipping documents.
  • Make accurate inventory deductions for materials used in production and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently while maintaining product integrity.
  • Operate various types of fork trucks, including reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Prepare shipments, including packaging, labeling, and completing necessary documentation.
  • Drive shipments to local post offices & vendors.
  • Assist with interdepartmental material transfers to support production schedules.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and follow company safety protocols at all times.
  • Support general dock and warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or dock experience, preferably in a manufacturing or printing environment.
  • Proven experience in inventory control (receiving, deductions, cycle counts).
  • Valid Chauffeur’s License required; CDL Class B preferred.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Proficient in operating reach trucks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift certification (current or ability to obtain).
  • Basic computer literacy for entering data into inventory or ERP systems- knowledge of EFI Pace is a plus.
  • Familiarity with printing or manufacturing environments a plus.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 11:30am-8:00pm, occasional overtime and Saturdays as workload demands.
